Forever Failure!

So I was a little dumbfounded today when I was on the Forever21 website and came across this  "couture" jacket...

I wonder if she requested to have most of her face cut out off the picture...hmmm
It looks like something from the Victorian era (which COULD be fashionable if modernized) crossed with a hefty bag.

  

I mean I understand new styles are inspired by past fashions but this is horrible! Is it just me or did the buyers at F21 really miss the target on this one :\
